There is no Official SDK (Software Development Kit) for the iPhone that runs under Windows.
If you want to develop iPhone software, you have to buy a Mac.
You also need to learn (If you don’t know it already) Objective-C which is the programming language that you use to write software for Apple platforms.
Additional: There is an Unofficial iPhone SDK that can run under Windows. Its a bit more messy, but it supposedly works.

lets face it isnt it about time you brought a mac. if your in to the iphone your half way there make the jump you wont regret it….. i’m developing my first iphone app at the moment…
