if i buy an iphone unlocked already, will it work with my regular data plan?
i have att as well as am shopping an unbarred iphone 3g upon ebay. if i get it as well as put in my sim will my stream interpretation devise work with a internet? or will i have to get an iphone interpretation plan?

You have to get the iPhone data plan, and why would you but an unlocked iPhone if you’re going to use it on AT&T? That makes no sense at all, you only buy unlocked iPhones if you want to use it on a different carrier. It’d be cheaper for you just to buy the iPhone at the AT&T store than an unlocked one on eBay.

Sorry.. AT&T requires you to sign up for a iPhone data plan when you buy an iPhone. The reason is, the iPhone uses a lot of data and AT&T wants to combine all the normal services regular people would use and put it into a package. Data plans and Smartphone Data Plans are different. Smartphone Data Plans tend to be more expensive due to more uses in data.
