unstable is only your ass chris xD
i mean what is the internet without flash games!
and by the way flash never crashed on me once (windows)
its becouse macs can handle flash……and thats the dumbest thing mister Jobs has done yet! exept the ipad that was realy dumb too.
Thanks you! I finally found someone who agrees with me! This video ROCKS!
I mean it is not like the iPad is going to replace your computer so you don’t even need Flash on it anyway. You want to watch Hulu? Go on your computer! Or just watch YouTube on the iPad.
If people don’t like the iPad, instead of arguing over it so much, SHUT UP! WE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR HATE FOR THE iPAD! I LIKE THE IPAD AND I CAN’T WAIT TO GET IT
and for those crying abought not putting there own media oh there iphone you simply don’t know how to use itunes. add the video you like to i-tunes even if its not in native iphone format you can tell itunes to convert it into mp4. or use one of the tons and tons of video converters out there.
i never had a issue with flash on linux or windows or even osx. but as the video shows sometimes other people do. does the iphone need flash i say no not for video anyways. html5 and mp4 video are better and smaller then flash videos.
Nope. This flash problem happens as well with Linux. Flash uses too much cpu on other operating systems while it’s good on Windows. Which means that Adobe develops more for Windows then any other OS out there. Also Chris has a Mac Pro with like 8 processors and 16 gb of ram. I don’t think that’s a crappy computer. I use every OS out there and I don’t think I remember flash crashing. Oh well, it still sucks and HTML5 FTW !
are you guys blind? most online advertising banners are designed in flash, by blocking flash ads you block ad delivery by Doubleclick Servers, Doubleclick which is owned by Google, clear attempt to make Google’s life difficult, but there is no way flash is going away anytime soon even if Jobs tries to block it, why not put flash in and let the user enable or disable it? obviously consumers have no choice in the matter
I’ve never had flash crash on my in years of computer gaming, or normal usage. I think this dude just has shitty macs that don’t support flash as well as PC’s.
why hypocrite and i don´t even own a macbook.
i use pc´s and flash is very unstable and how do you mean flash “in” my macbook (sry, english is not my native tongue)
you obviously wrote that on a computer. The laptop won’t help you.
Compatible must mean it works on windows! It also is unstable on linux. Just the same when car manufactures blame problems on the companies that make the parts for them.
I’m leaving my computer now to have a life and expect a response when I come back
I thought about saving for an iPad but then thought why?…. Why should I pay $500 for a device that doesn’t have flash (regardless of fault), only runs one app at a time, and costs more? Instead I got a netbook for half the cost… it’s a PC so it can run flash!!! It supports music, has video output… has usb ports… supports a ton of web based games… and I can keep the extra $250 in my pocket… thanks Apple for making the decision so easy.
@applefreak66 How? people have said that flash works great for them with windows and linux, why is that only mac users seem to be having most of the problems?
but with a name like applefreak66 I would not be expecting a fair and balanced point of view.

Yep. Flash has never crashed for me on Windows or Linux.
It’s only craptastic macs that don’t seem to be able to handle it – surely that’s Apple’s problem

Dude, it never crashed on my laptop pc! Why you keep saying it is Flash problem for I can view the same video on Mozilla Firefox on pc.
February 6th, 2010 at 2:21 am
If iPad can be on over 10hours it can definetely play flash good enough time to satisfy people.
Freaking Apple just put that damn flash on our products.
You know stocks would go up with it!
